This is a welcome guide we've created to help new members discover Grace Lutheran Church.

Anyone wishing to become a member must complete this form. We also encourage those who worship here to complete this form, especially if you would like to be on our mailing and/or email list.

If you would like to use any room in the building for a meeting or event, you MUST complete a Building Use Form and turn it into the main office at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

This form must be completed for anyone (adult or child) desiring to be baptized.
