Grace Lutheran Church and School started a hot lunch program in 2004, providing hot lunch to all students, faculty and church/school volunteers.
Headed by Becky Hoffman, Food Service / Hospitality Director, Grace Lutheran offers a variety of nutritious items such as salad bar, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, fruits, vegetables, sandwiches, soups, desserts which can be purchased daily or pre-order through our semi-monthly lunch menu.
We follow the nutritional guidelines and health regulations of the Charles County School system and offer a wide variety of hot lunch items that our students and faculty absolutely love! We also offer ice cream, available for purchase on Friday’s for our elementary students and daily for our middle schoolers and boy do they love Pizza Friday’s!
Our hot lunch program is offered during our regular school year and in the summer months for our Childcare Development Center.
With the popularity of our hot lunch program, we added breakfast to the mix and we proudly serve our before care students and staff. Students and staff can choose from fruits, yogurt, danishes, cereal, french toast sticks, hot sandwiches, juice or milk. This ensures that our school starts the day off with a healthy breakfast and is ready to learn!

ATTENTION GLCS
- If you have multiple lunch orders, you have the option of writing 1 check for all lunch orders. Return all your lunch orders and your payment in an envelope marked "Lunch Order".
- Please use a separate lunch form for each lunch order.
- Please return your lunch orders on the due date.
- Please DO NOT combine any other orders/payments (i.e. field trip, ticket orders, etc.) with your lunch order.
NOTE: Credit will not be issued on lunch orders if there is no official credit voucher attached to your lunch order form. Official credit vouchers are received from the school. If you believe that your child should have received a credit voucher, please check with their teacher or Becky Hoffman.
